Lisa Lix
Dr. Lisa Lix is Professor and Manitoba Research Chair (2012 – 2017) in the Department of Community Health Sciences at the University of Manitoba, Director of the Data Science Unit in the George and Fay Yee Centre for Healthcare Innovation, Senior Scientist at the Manitoba Centre for Health Policy, and Adjunct Professor in the School of Public Health and Department of Community Health and Epidemiology at the University of Saskatchewan. She collaborates widely on projects about population health and the association between chronic disease and quality of life. Dr. Lix is a biostatistician and Manitoba Research Chair in Statistics with expertise in the analysis of longitudinal/repeated measures data. She is Director of a new Data Science Unit at the University of Manitoba that encompasses biostatistical and epidemiological research and consulting services. She provides extraordinary expertise in statistical assessments specifically for the research as proposed.
